How are coins deducted for generation?
Coins are deducted only for successful jobs: 25 coins per photo or infographic card, 70 coins for a 4-second preview video, and 150 coins for an 8-second high-resolution video. If a generation fails, reserved coins are automatically refunded to your balance.
Do my coins expire?
No. Purchased or trial coins never expire. You can use them whenever you need, with no time limits.
What payment methods are supported?
We process payments securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you purchased a coin package by mistake and haven't spent any coins, contact us at support@recardex.com within 14 days for a full refund.
Are there bulk discounts?
Yes. Larger coin packages offer a lower cost per coin. The Business package offers a discount of up to 20% compared to the Starter pack.
